Talab Hub Technical Services LLC (THTS) is a Dubai-based HVAC specialist contractor. HVAC is our core discipline and where our experience runs deepest, from chilled water and district cooling interfaces to precision cooling for critical environments. We also deliver the supporting MEP scopes, so clients can award a complete package to one accountable contractor.
Who We Are
THTS is led by its Managing Director, a mechanical engineer and quantity surveyor with more than ten years of UAE construction experience on the contractor side, the consultant side and as a resident engineer. Every HVAC project is estimated, engineered and commercially managed by someone who has sat on each side of the table.
Clients deal directly with the engineer responsible for their project, from the first load calculation and BOQ review through submittals, installation, testing and commissioning.
How We Deliver
THTS takes direct responsibility for HVAC engineering, estimation, material submittals, procurement, programme and quality control, with our own duct workshop supporting fabrication. Site installation is carried out by experienced specialist trade teams working under THTS supervision and our ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
This keeps overheads lean and lets us scale the site team to the project without compromising on engineering quality.
